Christmas at Beaulieu
Over Christmas 2018, the SA Event team deployed across the Beaulieu Motor Museum site to install CCL's Christmas at Beaulieu. We supplied; Event Staff, Plant Operators & Sound systems across the site.
Early November we were deployed onsite to start unloading trucks and receiving plant deliveries. After this we started to build the various parts of the trail across the site.
Each part of the trail was installed by our team; there's areas included a pealight tunnel, a pantomime, fire garden, fiberoptic walk, interactive garden area, singing trees and a timecode light show on the front of Palace House.
All areas were installed with sound systems, supplied by ourselves. We deployed our 100v line garden style speakers across the majority of the site enabling us to blend these in with their surroundings but also give immersive coverage. Each zone had its own amplifier and playback systems also.
To partner with the timecode lighting system we installed EV Evid speakers with subwoofers in the Palace House moat to give coverage, clarity and impact.
QLab was used to control audio playback and fire midi triggers to the ETC ION to control the show which ran on a continuous loop throughout every evening.
